Are they talking about Chicago, IL? In my new construction loft building we have 2 foreclosures already and another 4 confirmed coming in onceï»¿ bank will take control over properties, another 7 apartments listed for sale with no showings at all. Few people which showed up couldn’t get financing from the banks. We are latlking about luxury lofts not 2nd grade properties. I’m not sure when this video was made but as May 23rd 2009 what they say is pure BS.
