I like how you exposed the near-police uniform of the Canary Wharf security, but have you also noticed how police worldwide are wearing the same dark blue colour with check banding? I have noticed Canadian and Spanish cops with this outfit. The all black riot gear is STANDARD across the world, which confirms my suspicions further.I remember when uniforms really differed across the planet. Now they are one.
