The banks love when you did it yourself, They pay alot for this campaign. The bank beats homeowners 92% of the time (B of A). MHA plan (site) gives the real #’s 12%, Banks are working all angles. Government dollar, payments, and penalties. Find a trusted professional, people that do a good job have people coming to them. Just like a tax person, auto mechanic, and doctor. Smart people go to court with a legal consol. To fight for your home your home the bank says do it yourself? Why?

By the way only 12% get help from the banks by going direct. (MHA data). If you read the number you will find that may be professional help. Just Because your CNN doesn’t make you correct,,, Look at the numbers,,,12% or 80%.Big business and the government together again..

Good Loan Modification companies get 80% results… but the 20% will never be happy because their banks will not help…. Many people can do their taxes but hire someone for a fair fee to do work. The same for Loan Modification. Most people on the net can do it themselves, but that is not the case for many. Many can not learn the process and the banks are not eager to help.

MiCasaMiDineroWho do we go to if we have been scammed? I paid $3000 up front in Nevada to an attorney to modify my loan. Now I am losing my house. Who do I report them to?

These people say that you can do it yourself. But your lender doesn’t always want to work with you. I am with AHMSI and they are very difficult to work with. So I went to an attorney. I paid $3000 up front. It has been 6 months, they have passed my paperwork to 5 different people and now I just received a notice of default. This means I will be losing my house and I am out of $3000. I am so sick.
