		<description>In this area the guy that calls himself a developer is also the &quot;money man&quot;.  He either has a bunch of money or can raise it from other investors or bankers.  That is a very large part of his job and talking with those guys is a big part of his day.
Of course the developer finds the land, looks at the market to see what is desired, plans and then executes.  A huge part of the day is also trouble shooting. &quot;There is not supposed to be a gas line there!- God look at that flame!&quot;
You have to visit city hall pretty often in a suit and also visit with the dirt movers in jeans and be able to talk with both.
I would suggest that an apprenticeship would be a great idea.</description>
