that’s exactly how the scam works… they engineer a crash, then come in and buy it all up for pennies on the dollar.

The taxes will eat these peoples savings up eventually and the process will start all over again and goodbye for ever to the middle class.

Great video.Something else that is giving false numbers is that 40%of home buyers are 1st time buyers taking advantage of the government hand-out.When that stops the sales will drop.Could someone explain to me why the home value would double if the dollar crashes.Must be having a brain freeze.

If 55-74 year olds take the extra and low-wage jobs for extra money, and right now we are seeing 20-30 year old new hires, the homeless will be 35-55 year olds. The ones who are supposed to be in the working years, homeowners, family people. Where will we go? I wonder.

If the dollar falls that means everything doubles or tripples in value. Why pay mortgage when you can’t afford food? Don’t think a house is a good investment right now. Your mortgae will go ip and so will property tax.

What’s the point of owning a home if the dollar crashes? Not only will the price of the home go up but your mortgage and property tax too. Who can afford double or tripple mortgage? I would rather have food and water in my belly than a morgage.
