you know what interests me? I would say actually watching you sit down and do a deal with the bank or just whoever….or reenact it . i think that would help out.

I describe this in great detail in my Courses and even give you a typical reenactment of what to say and how to behave, so I got that covered as I know many people are worried about this aspect.

How come your course is so reasonable compared to a few others that I have seen ranging between over $3,000-$6,000? Just curious.

That’s an easy one to answer.Because real estate development has been good to me financially and at this stage of my life I want to put real knowledge in the hands of as many people as I can who want to learn from a guy who has been there and done that.
