The B-body wagons truly were GM’s best. 350 V8, room for 8 or a 4×8 sheet of plywood, good highway economy, and SOOOOO comfortable! It’s like driving your living room! Why would anyone want an SUV!? It’s sad that they stopped production of the B-bodys so they could convert the plant over to making Tahoes and Suburbans!!!

Yup, and that is why they are begging for billions now. They saw a market and killed off their big cars to make BIGGER trucks that the big cars easily matched and got better gas miles and in my opinion rode better.teh b-body was a great platform but greed killed it and then they made a ton of cash on trucks and all that profit got spent in a matter of months thanks to a bad economy. nice move gm.

ummm yer wrong about the lt1 in the road master sure it was a 350 ci engine but not the same that went in the corvette actually the same years the road master was made the chevy capriece had more hp at 165 hp with its 305 then the roadmaster had at 155 with its 350

The 91 to 93’s had the 350. The LT-1 Corvette is standard in the 94 thru 96 models .

A lot of people call this the Corvette LT1, but it’s really not. It’s an LT1 alright, but the Corvette version of the LT1 has aluminium heads with a 4 bolt main, it also has a different cam and produced 300hp. The ‘94 to ‘96 B-bodys (like the Roadmaster) had cast iron heads, a 2 bolt main and a cam designed more for low-end torque and produced 260hp. There may be other differences too. My friend has a ‘95 BRMW and it ROCKS!

I can afford a new car. I will not give up my ‘94 Buick Estate Wagon. The SUV’s and Crossovers are junk. There’s not another car that can compare to my beautiful Roadmaster Estate Wagon. I only have 68,000 miles on mine. I repair and change oil immediately when needed. I’m going to have the chips painted and possibly see if I can get the moldings redone.
