SDRE origanal > Paramore cover.I like Paramore but when it comes to this song,theress no competition. The origanal is so beautiful. Some songs should not be covered,this being one of them.

This is the first time ive ever heard anyhitng by sdre, and i absolutely love it. This is probably gunna tick some people off on here, but my fav band is paramore, and them covering this song is what piqued my interest.  After listening to this i decided i need to listen to more stuff like this cuz I’m missing out on a whole genre of awesome music..so many kudos to paramore for broadening my musical horizons…again!!

You haters are acting like idiots. Bands like Paramore (love them or hate them) do more for Sunny Day real estate by paying respect, learning then performing their song than you guys just buying the tune and slagging off those who want to pay tribute by playing! If you wanna blame someone for the lack of publicity around SDRE then blame THEM! They’ve always been an elusive band who shun the limelight-that’s what they want. Just enjoy the song and if you don’t like covers…DON’T LISTEN!

How can you guys blame Paramore for covering a song from a band they actually like? It’s not like they were trying to take away the credit from SDRE. It’s just like normal fans covering songs from a band they like. Just because Paramore is more well known doesn’t mean that you can hate on them for that.

i think what pisses off the people that talk about paramore covering this song is that look at any of the videos paramore did for the cover and they have like 65thousand views while the ORIGINAL has 2thousand ( for this video) its just wrong. This is the original song and its not being appreciated because theyre not mainstream like paramore? So for all those 13year old preteens theyll like the song without even knowing the real history behind this song. Its sickening.

why all the shit against paramore. yeah, some songs shouldnt be covered, but when they are, it shows that those trying to cover it have a real respect for the original and clearly adore it as much as we do. enough to want to enjoy playin it themselves. wheres the wrong in that?

me myself, i dont hate paramore, they are ok, and its cool they try and cover these older emo bands, i just hate the uneducated teens that listen to bands like paramore and other bands and know nothing about how these genres started and originally sounded like

yeah, annoys the hell out of me too. but i try to appreciate how it used to be, and how the genre has evolved too. so yeah, im a huge sdre fan, but i love listening to paramore too.
