I’m a 20 year old college student studying to be a computer programmer but in the mean time, i’m looking at other means to generate profit incase my current path doesn’t quiet work out. I’ve recently been told that you dont really need lots and lots of money to get into real estate. I have some interest in this area and I wanna know the step by step detail by detail procedures needed to establish myself as an agent in new york city. I’m a college student in Hawaii who wants to become a commercial real estate broker.. I don;t know if i should stay in honolulu or head back to the mainland where i am from.. Would I find it easier to break into the business in a major city in California? With a college degree in finance and a desire to succede what are my chances for success in this industry? Also what are some other careers in commercial real estate?
