I would like to avoid board fees in Ontario Canada. I am in a home business which is excelling and yet would still like to keep my real estate license for future use. I am a real estate agent in Minnesota. In the state of Minnesota I am required to have a broker hold my license. Thus, costing me a lot of money every month to be an employee of a brokerage. Are there any states that don’t require a broker to hold your license?
