I’m a 20 year old college student studying to be a computer programmer but in the mean time, i’m looking at other means to generate profit incase my current path doesn’t quiet work out. I’ve recently been told that you dont really need lots and lots of money to get into real estate. I have some interest in this area and I wanna know the step by step detail by detail procedures needed to establish myself as an agent in new york city.
