Will this be a way to eliminate the real estate Agent? Because that is exactly what I’m looking to do. I can do everything myself and pay them for paperwork processing. They don’t deserve a 6% comission which is outragous. I will gladly pay for the service if it cuts out the Realtor. I don’t like Realtors.

Excellent video. My company (Coldwell Banker) just signed a deal with Trulia, so I tried to research it to find out what exactly it was and why it mattered. This video was very helpful. The pop-up map search feature is what makes the site worthwhile.
