If you don’t which ones are god or not, you are not ready to start any business. Anyone already in the business already has an active “pipeline”. You need to identify how yours might be better.pp

Personally I think generating your own leads online is best as you can then know with certainty that some lead broker hasn’t sold your leads to 20 other people…or more.
I know how to do this and generate about 2-4 leads a week from 3 hours of work I did one day (in the bulk REO space). I also teach a course on how to do what I did to RE Investors, etc…but don’t want to get all self promotional here.
